Purchased Way Basics Cat Litter Box, I love the design, but I can’t understand why they would make a cat box house out of pressed cardboard.
ReplyDeleteWe sprayed this entire house with a non-leak sealant spray (FlexSeal). So far, my cat’s “accidents” haven’t been able to penetrate the seal, but I can’t imagine the soggy mess we’d have on our hands if we hadn’t done that. It was $13 for the sealant to protect the cat house, and we had to let it air out for about 3 days, but it was well worth it.
I would have given this 5 stars if it came sealed or was made out of plastic. from Prime Proper
Ref: Birdrock. This is much sturdier than I anticipated. I had no problems putting it together and it looks great. (Im a 48 year old woman with back problems and no engineering degree.) I purchased 3 different cat houses on Amazon for hiding litter boxes around my home. This is beautiful and no one notices what is hiding behind the door. I put it together and placed the litter box inside, then I left the door open for a couple of days so that the cats got used to it and could check it out. Then, I shut the door and they seemed to never notice the change. Easy to sweep out if needed. I purchase a litter box with higher sides to keep the kitties from spraying the inner walls. I just slide it out, scoop and slide it back in. Easy peasy. I placed it just under a window and have a decorative tree next to it. I placed a decorative cushion on top and the cats love to snuggle on top of it and watch 'cat TV' out the window. - Walden
ReplyDeleteMS Litter Box, This litter box is adorable, but pee leaks out the bottom and onto the floor, perhaps it’s because I have a boy cat? Still don’t think that should be an issue, especially with the price. Flawed design. Sorry I don’t usually post reviews, but this one was disappointing.
